Bonanza Day 2024
Vendor Sign-Up
Thank you for your interest in vending at the 4th Annual Bonanza Day, September 8th, 2024. Once you complete the form, someone from our team will contact you with a response for approval.
Vendor Requirements:
- All vendor spaces are first come first serve- Vendor fees depend on the the amount of space your set up requires
* 6ft x 6ft to 10ft x 10ft space: $100
* 20ft x 10ft space: $150
- All vendors must hold a minimum General Liability policy of $1M. If you do not currently have a GL policy, please complete the form and someone from the team will contact you to discuss further.
- Vendor slots are to be paid via invoice upon confirmation and approval
- Bring your own power source, no power is provided
- Vendors must provide a tent to cover your operating space
- Check in is 12pm to prep and set up your space, breakdown starts at 9pm
- Be sure to bring tables, chairs and anything else you require for your setup.
Vendor Terms of Service: Once you have registered and paid, your registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is canceled. If there is extremely severe weather, the festival could be rescheduled to a later date. Notification of festival cancellation will be posted online and emailed to all vendors.
